Refund policy

You can return your rustetshop watch within 7 days of delivery. However, please note that the replacement or refund will only be processed once we receive your returned order at our warehouse. It may take 3–4 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method after all checks. Please e-mail feedback.rustet@gmail.com and specify your name, address, and order number to schedule the return. Our customer service team will advise you on the next steps and answer any questions.


Easy Returns

We ensure that the products ordered reach you in proper condition and take stringent checks to make sure of that. However, minor errors may occasionally occur, including:

  • The product may be damaged during transit

  • An incorrect item may be shipped

  • There may be a manufacturing defect in the product

In such cases:

  • If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged article, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product and send packaging and product photos to feedback.rustet@gmail.com to verify the claim. We will provide a solution within 2 working days.

For a return to be eligible:

  • An unboxing video is required to claim a refund for damaged articles

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unopened

  • All watch returns must include the original box in its original condition

  • Exchanges are not accepted at this time

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to damages or malfunction

  • In areas where our logistic partner does not offer pickup, the customer must ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost

  • Returns received beyond 14 days or not meeting quality standards will be returned to the sender, and the sender will bear the return shipping cost

Note:

  • For unsatisfactory product quality, customers may request a refund. However, they must self-ship the product, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.

  • To facilitate returns, we request recording a video while carefully packing the item and handing it to the courier. Send the video via WhatsApp.

  • If pickup exceeds 48 hours, please contact us to request a re-initiation of the pickup.

  • Prototype products are not eligible for return or refund. Replacement is possible within 14 days if there are manufacturing defects.

  • Gift cards purchased at rustetshop.com are not eligible for return, refund, or transfer and cannot be purchased via COD.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • For Prepaid orders, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card within 24 hours, available for immediate use


Cancellation Policy

To request order cancellation, please email us at feedback.rustet@gmail.com.

rustetshop.com reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation. Communication regarding cancellation will be made in a reasonable time.

  • If we receive a cancellation request before the order is processed, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount

  • Orders that are partially or fully processed cannot be canceled

  • rustetshop.com reserves the right to decide whether an order has been partially or fully processed, and customers agree to accept this decision
